What the Papers Say
Thank you all for your messages of support following last week's
agreement to restructure the Pacifica National Board. We cannot
possibly respond to all of the e-mails, but we do read each and
every one. We will try to respond individually where we can.
For the national press reaction to the settlement, go to our web
site at: http://www.pacificacampaign.org/
There, you can see articles from The Los Angeles Times, The New York
Times, The Wall Street Journal, The San Francisco Chronicle, and The
Associated Press.
Many of you have asked how you might make a credit card donation
to the Pacifica Campaign. It's simple. Just go to http://www.pacificacampaign.org/donate.asp
and you will find instructions on how to make a secure on-line
donation using PayPal. As usual, tax deductible contributions can be
made payable to: Institute for Media Analysis/Pacifica Campaign. Our
mailing address:
Pacifica Campaign 51 MacDougal St., #80 New York, NY 10012
Thank you all for your generous contributions.
And for those in the New York Tri-State area, remember Saturday
night, December 22, for the premier of the raucous political
burlesque, "Bunker Time at WBAI ... A Day Under the Thumb." Plus
news and views from Bob Fass, Juan Gonzalez, Amy Goodman, and Rep.
Major Owens.
A reception sponsored by the Pacifica Campaign starts at 5pm and
the full program begins at 7pm. The location: Local 32-BJ of SEIU,
Main Hall, 101Avenue of the Americas (at Grand Street, just one
block north of Canal Street). See you there!!!
The Pacifica Campaign office will be closed from Dec. 24 through
Jan. 1. We will re-open on Jan. 2.
Happy holidays and best wishes for the New Year from all of
us at the Pacifica Campaign.
