this week, hundreds of free speech radio activists demonstrated in
front of the offices of anti-union, anti-patients' rights law firm
of Epstein, Becker & Green. They were demanding the resignation
from the Pacifica National Board of Epstein, Becker & Green
attorney John Murdock. He has just rewritten the Pacifica by-laws to
pave the way for sale of one or more Pacifica stations and to allow
Board members to profit from such sales.

the Board of Pacifica Radio. Be polite but firm - John Murdock is
helping to destroy the only independent national media network in
the US and he must resign from the Pacifica Board immediately.

that it helps employers counter union organizing campaigns and
maintain a union-free workplace (see http://www.ebglaw.com/prac_41.htm).
The firm also specializes in representing the HMO industry and,
among other things, has worked to defeat the passage of the Patients
Bill of Rights in Congress. Epstein, Becker & Green is
representing Pacifica management in its anti-labor and anti-free
speech practices, from targeting Democracy Now! host Amy Goodman to
suppressing web sites critical of the Pacifica Board. Epstein,
Becker & Green is also defending Pacifica in three California
